The Pacific Hospital Preservation and Development Authority’s primary source of revenue is lease income from the property on North Beacon Hill. We currently have two leases on the property that provide the majority of our operating and program funds.
As of January 2014, the Washington State Department of Commerce became the primary lessee of the Pacific Tower property. Under the DOC’s management, the Pacific Tower serves as a satellite campus for Seattle Central College’s Allied Health programs. Commerce also leases space in the Tower to other nonprofit organizations, state agencies and local governments.
Pacific Medical Centers
Pacific Medical Centers leases the first floor and basement of the Pacific Tower for clinic space for their medical practice, as well as leasing space in Quarters Buildings 3 through 10 for administrative function.
