Acasia Olson is a Fellow and Public Health Prevention Specialist at the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention and is on a two-year assignment at the Washington Dental Service Foundation (WDSF). At WDSF, she manages the Oral Health Equity Initiative, is an active member of the Washington Health Benefit Exchange Health Equity Technical Advisory Committee and is Co-chair of the Equity Empowerment Team within the Children’s Alliance Health Coalition for Children and Youth (HCCY). She previously worked at the Office for State, Tribal, Local and Territorial Support in the Office of the Director of the Public Health Law Program.

Ms. Olson graduated from Spelman College with a Bachelors in English and from George Washington University School of Public Health & Health Services with a Masters of Public Health.
