Jeff Natter, MPH
Jeff Natter is the Executive Director to the Pacific Hospital PDA. He has an extensive career in health care with a focus on HIV/AIDS issues. Mr. Natter joined Pacific Hospital PDA after serving as the Manager of the Ryan White Part A Program in the HIV/STD Program at Public Health – Seattle & King County since 2005. At Ryan White, he oversaw funding from the City of Seattle for HIV medical case management contracts and funding from the federal Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), amounting to approximately $7 million annually. He also served as the HIV/AIDS Care Services Coordinator at Public Health from 1995-2005.
Jeff formerly served as Project Director for the Committee to End Homelessness at the King County Department Of Community and Human Services which coordinated the implementation for King County’s Ten Year Plan to End Homelessness. He taught graduate-level courses as a Practitioner Faculty member for the Daniel Evans School of Public Affairs at the University of Washington in 2001 and 2002. He also managed health education programs at Northwest AIDS Foundation and the National Hemophilia Foundation. Jeff is currently a board member of Outright Action International, a global LGTBIQ human rights organization.
Jeff holds a Master of Public Health from Columbia University and a Master of Fine Arts from Yale University School of Drama. He graduated from Amherst College with a double major in Dramatic Arts and English.
