Paul Feldman, recently retired, is a volunteer consultant for the Pennsylvania Democratic Party’s Voter Protection Team. He has managed volunteers and response systems for Inslee for America, WA Governor Jay Inslee’s 2019 presidential campaign; project managed The AMP: AIDS Memorial Pathway, a $3 million project sited at Cal Anderson Park and the adjacent transit-oriented development in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood; managed information resources, including web communications, for Philanthropy Northwest-sponsored Mission Investors Exchange; wrote grants and managed funder relationships for Portland’s Cascade AIDS Project; directed policy and communications for NAPWA, the former National Association of People with AIDS, in Washington, D.C.; co-founded the Seattle King County HIV/AIDS Planning Council; directed finance and policy for Chicken Soup Brigade, now a division of Lifelong AIDS Alliance; led media work for the direct action activist group ACT UP/Seattle; and produced HIV-focused grassroots and grasstops training, advocacy, and lobbying events in Olympia, Washington and Washington, D.C. Mr. Feldman has also owned and operated an accounting and bookkeeping service for nonprofit and professional services businesses and directed a coalition of national organizations in D.C. advocating for greater health privacy protection and more effective electronic health records systems.

Mr. Feldman graduated with a B.S. in Economics cum laude from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, with a concentration in entrepreneurial management.

Mr. Feldman has been Strategic Advisor to the Finance Committee since 2015 and to the Program Committee since 2020.
